Ingredients

  • 2 oz Prairie Organic Vodka
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger (sliced or grated)
  • 0.5 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 0.5 tbsp honey
  • Sparkling water, to top
  • Fresh lavender (2-3 sprigs)
  • Ice cubes

Directions

In a shaker, muddle the fresh ginger and flowers from 2 lavender sprigs. Add Prairie Organic Vodka, apple cider vinegar and honey. Shake well and strain into glass with ice. Top off with sparkling water to taste, and garnish with the remaining lavender sprig.
