Matcha Made in Heaven Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Prairie Organic Vodka
  • 0.5 tbsp matcha powder or 2 ounces store-bought matcha tea
  • 0.5 tbsp simple syrup
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Mint leaves
  • Seltzer

Directions

In shaker, muddle 4-5 mint leaves. Add Prairie Organic Vodka, matcha, lemon juice and simple syrup. Shake until thoroughly mixed. Add ice and shake again until cold. Pour into lowball glass, top with seltzer and garnish with remaining mint and lemon. Enjoy!
