Ingredients
- 1 oz Prairie Organic Cucumber Vodka
- 0.5 oz limoncello liqueur
- 3 oz sparkling water or soda
- Handful of organic basil leaves
- Organic cucumber slices (for garnish)
Directions
Muddle half of the basil leaves in shaker. Add Prairie Organic Cucumber Flavored Vodka and limoncello, and shake until mixed. Strain into lowball glass with ice, and top with sparkling water. Garnish with remaining basil leaves and cucumber. Enjoy!
