Happy Apple Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 oz Prairie Organic Cucumber Flavored Vodka
- 3 oz organic apple juice
- 0.5 oz Aperol
- 0.5 oz organic honey
- Organic apple, cubed (for garnish)
- Soda water
Directions
In shaker, combine vodka, apple juice, Aperol and honey. Strain into glass with ice, and top with soda water and apple cubes for garnish. Enjoy!
