• 1 1/2 ounces Prairie Organic gin

• 1/4 oz Leroux Blackberry Brand

• 1/2 oz Lemon Juice

• 1/2 oz Simple Syrup

• Egg white

• Lemon Twist (garnish)

Directions: 

• Measure ingredients into a shaker and shake without ice
• Take apart the shaker, add ice and shake vigorously
• Strain into a highball glass and pour over ice
• Top off with favorite soda water
• Garnish with lemon twist
